Balances by Peter Mitchev

Artwork Description

Lady Justice is an allegorical personification of the moral force in judicial systems. Her attributes are a blindfold, a balance, and a sword. She often appears as a pair with Prudentia, who holds a mirror and a snake. She is often depicted as a very rigorous, strict and severe woman, as she holds the burden of bringing justice into human’s lives, but here the artist painted her as a young maiden, exposing her sexuality and a hedonistic taste of life, so that the admirers of this amazing artwork can see another angle to the image of Lady Justice – she can be wise, but yet sexy and joyful.

This amazingly gentle and elegant artwork is available and you can admire its perfection in your collection if you buy it directly here, from the ArtWizard Platform. The artwork is sold with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. The painting is beautifully framed and ready to hang.
