Payment terms

Your payment is secured with ArtWizard. We use strictly encrypted channels for payment, provided by our servicing banks. We do not store your bank details and we secure all payment channels via the EU secured bank servers.

You can easily choose your payment method among the following ones:

• Via bank transfer to the bank accounts you will receive upon confirmation of your order.
• Via Credit/ Debit card - we accept all types of Visa and MasterCard and you can pay by an encrypted and secure virtual POS terminal guaranteed by our servicing banks.

ArtWizard offers a return and refund options within 14 days of receipt of your artwork with no reason, according to the EU consumer protection legislation.

Refunds of Credit/ Debit card payments are executed ONLY to the same card.

The prices on ArtWizard do not include EU VAT as per the EU regulation, as well as any additional customs or other charges payable at the country of the purchaser.
